Job Description
- This is a customer engagement role that directly supports the KAM's and BDM's.
- They are the key contact for customer enquires that phone in and are chasing quotes or additional services
- They are responsible for creating and sending through quotes
- They are responsible for subscription renewal - following up with customers when their licences are expiring to get them to sign on for a further term
- Having a technology/technical aptitude would be highly beneficial given the nature of the technology sales process
- They must have strong administrative capabilities
- They will have opportunity to attend client meetings with sales reps
- Will not be closing deals
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will look like:
- Motivated to succeed
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in an administrator position or call centre environment
- Sales Support experience is preferable but not required
- Great communication skills
