Your new company

Your new role

  • Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with company policies, process and procedures
  • Answer all calls professionally and within in a timely manner
  • Respond to all emails professionally and within a timely manner
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs providing solutions and/or alternatives including upselling
  • Process customer service requests
  • Liaise with relevant departments to fulfil customer requirements
  • Escalate customer queries/complaints, as required
  • Review and enter customer data into relevant systems
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Investigate and raise debits / credits
  • Receipt and process customer payments
  • Dealing with fast paced telephone call volumes
  • Dealing with large volumes of external and internal emails
  • Dealing with demanding and challenging customers

What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Active listening skills with the ability to show empathy
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain successful working relationships
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI’s
  • Able to commute to Wetherill Park

What you'll get in return

You will receive full training and support to best equip you in this role. It will initially be a 3 month role with the intention to go permanent. Role will be Monday to Friday - roster 7.5 hours between 7.30-5.30, can be flexible. Initial training will be 8-4. Start ASAP!
