Your new company
A global leader with a portfolio of many of the Nations favourite brands, including some of Australia's largest Brewers, soft drinks and dairy. Employing over 1500 people in Australia alone and partnering with over 1000 Australian farms to produce local quality products.

Your new role
As a part of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers, providing top quality Service and building strong relationships whilst representing the brand. Your duties will include:

  • Handle all inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Order Management end to end
  • Order follow ups if delayed delivery
  • Regular updates to customers
  • Provide product information and updates on promotions
  • Handle complaints

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for Customer Service experts, ideally with similar experience and capabilities, including:

  • Similar experience i.e. call centre, order processing/management or hospitality management
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound calls
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication & rapport building skills
  • Exposure to the hospitality industry and/or a valid RSA is highly desirable but not essential
  • Able to commute to Sydney Olympic Park when restrictions ease, and to commit to 6 months

A competitive hourly rate of $33.00ph + super, the role is for 6 months initially but there may be opportunity to extend or even go permanent - although no guarantee.
