Job Description

During this role you will be responsible for:

  • Handling the return logistics across Australia
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
  • Entering data into SAP in line with logistics process
  • Organising transport for returned goods with 3PL partners
  • Building relationships with both the sales team & customers
  • Dealing with issues as they arise

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Exposure to return/reverse logistics is highly advantageous
  • Solid work ethic with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar system is desirable
  • Valid Drivers License
  • A passion to succeed and grow your career
