Your new role
As Commercial Management Accountant, you will be joining our Analytics team here at Hays and report directly to the Head of Analytics.

You will be responsible for:
Ensuring controls are accurate and in line with key client contractual financial requirements
Reviewing and approving periodic balance sheet reconciliations
Working with the team to analyse and provide reporting back to senior stakeholder on where gaps/opportunities exist within the business
Leading the ad-hoc reporting function for the Analytics team as requested by key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have strong critical thinking skills and be highly analytical. CA/CPA qualifications are ideal, but this role is also open to candidates who are currently working towards their qualifications (study support can be provided).
