Collections/AR Officer

The role

• Ensure all accounts receivable are collected and controlled according to policies and procedures
• Minimise overall debt levels and individual debt risk for current and new customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment history and correspondence
• Ensure accurate customer records are kept
• Receipt and allocate payments
• Reconcile customer's accounts

The requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Collections/AR experience essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
