Claims Consultant

Your new company
Our client is a well recognised and established insurance organisation, who are seeking for claims consultants to join their property, homes and landlords claims space. This position is a temporary contract position for 6 months with the opportunity for extension or permanency. It will be full time Monday to Friday with a total of 37.5 hrs offering working from home flexibility.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the team lead, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage end to end claims
• Liaise with relevant parties such as brokers and repairers
• Manage a portfolio of claims
• Support the claims process by performing coverage evaluations and basic investigatory tasks
• Provide assistance to team members and identify opportunities for process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates will hopefully meet some of the following requirements;

• Claims management experience (Not essential)
• Basic insurance knowledge (Not essential)
• Property claims experience - (Advantageous)
• Customer service and call centre experience (Essential)
