Claims Consultant

Your new company

Are a highly established and well recognised insurance company who are looking to recruit a Claims Consultant to join their Brisbane team. The position they are looking for is on a 6 month temporary contract with the opportunity for permanency or extension. Our client is looking for someone who can work full time hours, Mon - Fri for a total of 37.5 hours per week with work from home flexibility.

Your new role

Day to day you will report to the team lead and be responsible for:

• Taking inbound and outbound calls
• Corresponding with relevant stakeholders to provide updates on claims progress
• Update relevant CRM system
• Gathering and documenting relevant information
• Assist and support other team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior customer service preferred with call centre experience desirable
• Be able to handle various systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customers over the phone
• Ability to work in a team/ KPI environment
