Accounts Payable Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join Australia’s leading company in container logistics. You will based in their head office located in Port Botany.

In your new role you will responsible for delivering accounts payable within a high-volume environment, working across multiple customers and supporting the accounts team where needed.

You will:

• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Processing supplier payments
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
• Reconciliation of creditors statements
• ADHOC admin

You will have:

• Prior experience in AP – MUST
• Sound accounting software exp
• Can work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Car and licence

Please note the starting and finishing time for this role is 7am – 3pm.
