Accounts Clerk

Your new company
This leading legal services business have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Legal Accounts Clerk to join their success finance team on full time permanent basis. The role will be based in their state-of-the-art Brisbane CBD offices which are located close to various public transport links and extensive lunch time eating options.

Your new role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Accounts Payable processing
• Processing of trust account transactions
• Reconciliation of creditor statements
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Petty cash management
• Liaising with key stakeholders regarding finance queries

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience working in the legal or property sector in an accounts-based role

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
