They were joined by Lithgow City Councillors Maree Statham and Deanna Goodsell to celebrate the graduation for the 2019 class.
HIPPY coordinator Natasha Young said the evening was a celebration of the HIPPY families.
"The night recognises the efforts and achievements of all involved in the program from the coordinators and home tutors, to the parents, carers and children," she said.
"Twenty five families graduated the two year program from across Lithgow, Wallerawang and Portland after successfully completing 45 modules of educational activities."
Ms Young said HIPPY encouraged a love of learning and built self-esteem and confidence in children to enjoy and achieve at school.
"HIPPY Bowenfels has also delivered an enrichment program offering opportunities for growth to our families including a VERTO job skills workshop, water safety lessons and cooking classes to our families along with an exclusive HIPPY cookbook," she said.
"The HIPPY tutors, Laurelle Harvey, Denise Mason, Michelle Leche and Rebecca Blencowe make a huge contribution to the HIPPY Program and the greater Lithgow community through their commitment and contributions.
"We are sad to be graduating our tutors Laurelle Harvey and Denise Mason but we are also so happy to have supported them to move towards a bright future away from their HIPPY family."
