The government stated the move was in response to a number of crashes at the intersections.
Traffic movements from Lee Street and Tweed Road onto the Great Western Highway are proposed to be restricted to left turn only.
To find out more, speak to the project team at Lithgow Valley Plaza on Thursday, March 22 from 4-7pm or on Friday, Match 23 from 11am-2pm.
