The National Parks and the Hartley Advisory Committee are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from local not-for-profit organisations and charities who would like to be considered for the 2018 event. All proceeds from the raffle and the gate are donated to the nominated organisation.
The successful organisation needs to have the capacity to sell tickets for the raffle which generates the largest portion of the donation and to provide some assistance with setting up the event and working at it on the day.
If you would like to submit an EOI please email your details to hartley@environment.nsw.gov.au by close of business on March 2. For further information please contact the site manager Steve Ring on 0428 968 335.
