A bus was organised to ferry Lithgow residents to ABC’s Q&A program on February 5.

The program had organised a bus in previous years of filming to allow Lithgow people to join in the studio audience of the show, which is filmed at Ultimo.

Nine people from Lithgow joined in the show, hosted by Tony Jone. and featuring panelists Sally McManus (ACTU), Heather Ridout (Former RBA Board member) and Chris Richardson (economist). Lithgow’s Usman Mahmood, who caught the bus, said he enjoyed the experience, which allowed two of the Lithgow audience members to ask questions.

“It was a great experience to (to be in) a studio audience for myself as well as my nine-year-old daughter. I would encourage and recommend Lithgow residents to attend future Q&A sessions,” he said.
