Tri-Firma Pty Ltd has proposed a voluntary planning agreement of $138,000 for the subdivision, amounting to $6000 per lot, as well as $4,500 in works for the construction of a pathway to a sewer pump station.
The proposed subdivision includes two new roads linking the 25 new lots of land, 23 of which are intended for low density housing.
The company has proposed Lot 24 be dedicated to council for storm water infrastructure and reserves, while the final lot, comprising of 2 hectares of land in large residential and environmental management zones, does not yet have a proposed used.
Council approved the subdivision plans in October 2017, after reducing the number of lots from 29 to 25 to fulfill zoning requirements.
If endorsed at Monday’s council meeting, the draft voluntary planning agreement will be placed on public exhibition for 28 days.
