“For some it was a first time and others had previously visited and found there is always something new to see,” club member Robyn da Costa said.
“Time was spent roaming the gardens, visiting the nursery and gift shop and enjoying lunch in the cafe where we were looked after by the lovely Aimee Friedrich.”
A contingent of 25 garden club members enjoyed the sights and flavours of the garden.
The November ramble was the last excursion of the Lithgow Garden Club for this year.
Members of the Lithgow garden Club will be meeting for a Christmas celebration over lunch at the Zig Zag Motel on Tuesday, December 5.
Anyone interested in joining the garden club in 2018 can contact Lithgow Garden Club president Al Ritchie on 6351 4779.
