The Lithgow Lady Golfers recently contested the Gold Medal playoff with Lynne Ritchie claiming top spot for the major event.

First division winner Ritchie and the other competitors had earned the right to compete in their respective grades by claiming a monthly medal during 2017.
Scoring on the day was excellent, Ritchie finished on 69 nett and Janice Marshall won second division with a very good score of 66 nett.
Marshall also took home the trophy of the day which was sponsored by Fran Le Fevre.
Balls in the competition went to scores of 74 nett and better.
The Neville Kerrison sponsored nearest the pin was also won by Janice Marshall.
Vice President Anne Doohan celebrated a very special birthday last week. Club members helped her celebrate and enjoy the day with a birthday cake and very good wishes.
On Saturday, November 12 a Stableford event was played with Sue Brooks scoring 37 points to take the winners voucher.
Balls again went to 34 points in the ball competition.
A Stableford event will be held this Wednesday and through the week three players will be representing Lithgow at the Oberon Open Day.
