Locations include the Blue Mountains, Snowy Mountains, Lithgow, Orange, Cowra, Mudgee and even a New Zealand trip is planned for 2018.
Trips vary in grades from 1-2 (easy) to 3 (moderate) to 4-6 (hard).

Some upcoming trips:
21 Oct: Winburndale Nature Reserve (Grade 3): Located 25 km east of Bathurst, distance up to 12 km. Views west over the Bathurst Plains.
29 Oct: Fortress Ridge Blue Mountains (Grade 3-4): Total distance 8-10 km, walking to a great lookout into Blackwall Glen. Going downhill to a cave where Dr Eric Dark took his family in the 30s and 40s. Views into Grose Gorge.
5 Nov: Hassans Walls (Grade 3): Visiting a great attraction at Lithgow. Includes some rough sections visiting some cave overhangs.
11 Nov: Cottage Rock (Grade 2-3): Walking about 5 km to Cottage Rock in the Kanangra-Boyd National Park. Great views towards the Kowmung Gorge.
12 Nov: Boundary Reserve (Grade 1): An easy, fun family activity in Bathurst suitable for kids, grandkids and anyone else. Enjoy afternoon tea at the Vietnam Veterans Park.
18 Nov: Walls Ledge (Grade 2-3): This will be a 7 km track at Blackheath with views from cliffs, waterfalls and a pretty little canyon.
25-26 Nov: Yerranderie Ghost Town: This will be a weekend trip staying in lodges at Yerranderie, about 2.5 hours from Oberon. Need expressions of interest ASAP to arrange accommodation.
