After warm spring conditions, with a maximum of 23 on Wednesday, September 13, the Bureau of Meteorology is predicting the temperature to plummet on Thursday, with a top of just 10 degrees.
The minimum temperature will also be in free-fall, just 1 degree after a minimum of 12 the previous days.
Snow will be possible above 700 metres, with showers possible.
There is also a medium chance of showers in the morning and westerly winds between 30 and 45 km/h.
