Our little under nine stars are showing enthusiasm plus with players stepping up each week very eager to try out their new found skills within the game. This week’s star players for U/9 were Addisen Welch, Cheri Franklin and, for U/7, Arden Cutler and Hollie Jenkins.
Primary
Jays played Workies Blue, with both teams demonstrating great passing and all players improving each week. Players of the match for Jays were Nathan Marshall and Bella Macullagh who were strong defenders, with Maggie Thompson outstanding in defence and attack for Workies Blue.
Workies Gold played Zig Zag in a very tight game, both teams put in one-hundred per cent effort for the entire game. Workies won on 1-0. Star players for Workies were Amalie Aldridge, Emily Dean and Kade Anderson and, for Zig Zag, James Puckeridge, Ashton McDonald and Declan.
