It was a triple crown for the Lithgow dealership, which took out the title of Toyota Rural Dealer of the Year and the top gong for finance.

The team was also recognised for its excellence in business management, sales, parts, used cars and insurance.

“The criteria Toyota sets for the President’s award is very demanding,” Lean & Bennett principal Rhys Bennett said.

“It demands excellence in a range of areas before you can even be considered.

“Lithgow can have confidence in knowing they have the best run Toyota dealership in the state.”

The President’s Dealer of the Year award has only been won by three separate dealerships in the last 12 years.

It is judged from a hundreds of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as well as customer satisfaction.
