Lithgow
Lithgow R.S.L. Sub-Branch’s commemorations will begin with a dawn service at 6.00am, in Queen Elizabeth Park, with the main march and service from 10.30am. Those marching must meet at Eskbank Street (next to the Lithgow Public School) at 10.00am. The main service will commence at 11.00am at Queen Elizabeth Park.
Portland
At 6am there will be a parade of returned servicemen and a Catafalque party at the cenotaph on Wolgan Street. This will be followed by breakfast at the Portland RSL Sports & Recreation Club. The general ANZAC parade will begin at the cenotaph at 11am. This will be proceeded by lunch at the Portland RSL Sports & Recreation Club.
Wallerawang
Wallerawang will be hosting a service at 9.00am at the cenotaph. If you would like to march, assemble at the Old Goods Shed at 8.15am. The service will be followed by morning tea at Wallerawang Bowling Club on Mackenzie Street.
Rydal
Rydal’s ANZAC Day service will take plat at 2.30pm at the WW2 Memorial Gates at the Rydal Showground. Afternoon tea will follow the service at the showgrounds.
Hampton
At 6am dawn service will take place at the Lowther War Memorial on Jenolan Caves Road. This will be followed by breakfast at the Hampton Halfway Hotel.
Cullen Bullen
Meet at Cullen Bullen Primary School at 10.45am to march to the ANZAC Memorial Garden at Cullen Bullen Progress Hall for a service commencing at 11am. The service will be led by Pastor John Ceaser and there will by an address by Councillor Wayne McAndrew.
Tarana
A dawn service will be held at the Tarana Hotel at 6am, followed by a breakfast of bacon and egg rolls at the Tarana Fire Shed on Main Street.
Sunny Corner
A 6am dawn service will be held at the memorial on Dark Corner Road. Breakfast will be held afterwards at the hall on Bathurst Street.
