Two preliminary structure plan options for the Marrangaroo development were presented to the public on Thursday March 9 at Lithgow Golf Club.
Keith Shead from urban design and planning consultants, OCULUS, gave a presentation on the options including the key strengths and weaknesses of each.
The main differences between the options includes the amount of residential space compared to area allocated to business and the positioning of the village centre.
Landowners were also given another opportunity to have their views heard at a separate briefing and individual consultations later on Thursday evening.
Council is accepting feedback on these structure plan options until March 24.
