The crash occurred at 11.30am after the car hit oil spilled on the eastbound lane of the Great Western Highway near Hartley.
Two children in the car were uninjured.
The oil spill on the right hand bend, the cause of which has not been identified, caused a second single-car crash at 1.15pm. No one was injured.
Both cars were towed from the scene.
The road has been reopened.
EARLIER: An eastbound lane of the Great Western Highway is closed near Hartley after a single vehicle accident happened just before 12pm on Friday.
Emergency services were in attendance at the location, 500 metres from the Jenolan Caves Road, near River Lett Hill.
