The girls took out three of their four events in extremely hot and windy conditions in Bathurst.
Emerson Banning came out on top in the under 16s singles and Grace Aldridge won the singles title in the under 10s.
Lucy Green took out the under 12s singles event and incredibly did not drop a game in all of her six matches.
A total of eight players from Lithgow competed in the tournament including Bella MacCullagh who was taking part for the first time.
Head coach at the Lithgow Tennis Centre, Tracey Green, said the juniors are now looking good for the rest of the season.
"We're very happy obviously with the progression and we know we're on the right track to keep these guys up there," Green said.
The next Junior Development Series tournament will take place in Springwood next Sunday.
