They launched The Gardens of Stone National Park and beyond: Book 8 at Lithgow Library on Wednesday to share that love with everyone else.
Packed full of exquisite photographs of the Gardens of Stone National Park, the trails the group have walked on and flora and fauna native to the area, the book shows some of the best sights our region has to offer.
Mr Keats said the book is best described as a reference manual, but hopes it inspires potential bushwalkers just the same.
“Each experience is an exploration, each walk is an adventure,” he said.
Through documenting the beauty of the area the group hopes to show the potential Lithgow has for ecotourism, and Mr Keats said Lithgow could leave the Blue Mountains for dead.
