Although the season has finally come to an end, it’s always the right time to head outside for fun and fitness with friends.
The National Rugby League (NRL) will be bringing a clinic to Lithgow for players aged five through to 16.
The clinic will be held on October 6 at the Tony Luchetti Sportsground.
For just $40, players who attend the clinic will also get a holiday pack consisting of a football, kicking tee, cap, backpack, water bottle, trucker hat, and pump.
The clinic will allow players to work on their skills, including tackling and passing, not to mention the importance of teamwork.
The fun will kick off at 1pm and finish at 4pm.
This sporty initiative is open to both boys and girls and registrations in the 12, 13 and 15 year age group are particularly being sought.
Participants are asked to be 15 minutes early on the day to be marked off.
A sausage sizzle will be provided at the end of the clinic once holiday packs have been handed out.
