The program is aimed at helping support business enterprise growth, with access for local businesses across the region to subject matters experts and researchers working as a part of the University.
The boost will also support an Indigenous Entrepreneurship Pop-Up Innovation Hub which will travel across the state to work with indigenous communities and entrepreneurs to develop technology, business and innovation ideas.
Meals on Wheels: Meals on Wheels has had a place in the hearts and homes of Australians for more than 60 years, helping frail older people, younger people with disabilities and carers stay in their homes where they are most happiest.
This week we celebrate National Meals on Wheels day with events occuring throughout the week right across Australia, acknowledging this wonderful service and the many volunteers that make it happen.
Every day a nutritious meal and knowing someone will drop by to say hello, changes the lives of many and it's not just the clients.

School Safety Boost: Cooerwull Public School will share in a $5 million program to install school zone flashing lights where schools have multiple busy entrances, and have higher road safety risks.
The new locations for school zone flashing lights were selected by a risk assessment model which takes into account a number of factors including approach speed, pedestrian numbers, traffic volumes, and heavy vehicle traffic volumes.
Legacy Week: Legacy Week is this week, with badge day this Friday, an iconic Australian fundraising campaign that helps with around 80,000 widows and 1,800 children and people with disabilities Australia-wide, with essential services such as, counselling, special housing, medical, advocacy and social support. Badges will be for sale on Friday around your area so dig deep for a cause that helps so many of vulnerable community members.
