Trundle, Condobolin and Manildra are guaranteed places while Cargo, Grenfell and Canowindra are all locked in a battle for fourth and fifth – the Blue Heelers are fourth and four points ahead of the Goannas and Tigers.

On Saturday Trundle hosts Grenfell in a match the latter side must win to help their post-season chances.

The Boomers are having a Pink Day and will be looking to win in front of a big local crowd, which makes the task even harder for the Goannas. 

Trundle at home are always hard to beat and will be favourites so Grenfell are expected to treat this one like a final.

The other big clash, the local derby, has Cargo Blue Heelers hosting neighbours Canowindra Tigers in a must-win game for both sides.

These derby clashes always bring out the best in both sides, with Cargo winning the last encounter 22-12 in round eight.

The western derby has the Peak Hill Roosters hosting the Condobolin Rams.

When these two teams play each other they’re always high scoring, entertaining games.

Peak Hill has been disappointing so far in 2016, while the Rams have been the opposite, especially in recent weeks.

Eugowra and Binalong also clash, with both sides out of finals contention, while the Manildra Rhinos are expected to win well when they host the Burrangong Bears.

In youth league Condobolin plays Binalong at Eugowra on Saturday and Trundle takes on Grenfell also on Saturday. Manildra has the bye.

In league Eugowra plays Binalong, Trundle plays Grenfell, Cargo plays Canowindra, Peak Hill play Condobolin and Manildra play Burrangong.
