We don’t get why cities bid for an Olympic host ego trip while much of their population live in abject poverty.
And we don’t get why zillions are wasted on space exploration when much of the world is starving.
Serves no purpose that we can see apart from an ego trip for scientists (unless there’s coal to be found on Jupiter).
