The pair was caught on CCTV using a stolen car to make a quick getaway after a theft from a sports store in Horsham on Wednesday.
The grey 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer sedan was stolen from outside a home in Ballarat between 9pm on Monday and 10am on Tuesday.
The same car was spotted speeding away from an attempted burglary at a Rokewood farm on Tuesday.
The duo was captured on CCTV fleeing in the same stolen car after stealing sports clothing from a shop in Wilson Street, Horsham, about 3pm on Wednesday.

Police have described the man as Caucasian, in his late 20s to early 30s, and about 178cm to 183cm tall, with a thin build and tattoos on his right upper arm.
Police would also like to speak to his sidekick, a boy aged between 11 and 14 and about 165cm tall with a thin build and dark collar-length hair.
Investigators are searching for the stolen Mitsubishi with registration number YYY 464.
