LITHGOW HIGH’S team of barristers Max Arkey-Smith and Zyrell Puddle ably instructed by solicitor Matthew Palmer steamrolled the Katoomba prosecution of defendant Brittany Menzies.

Menzies was on “murder charges” supported by witness Jarod Inzitari and court officer Amy Capaldi.

The defendant was found not guilty beyond reasonable doubt and but there was no doubt who better argued the case with Lithgow clearly winning over traditional rivals Katoomba High who were coached by a familiar face Mr Gasparre.
