A teenager has been charged following investigations into a fatal crash near Mudgee last year.

Emergency services were called to Bylong Valley Road at Kandos just after 5am on Saturday November15, 2014 after a Ford Falcon crashed into a tree.
The passenger, a 17-year-old Rylestone male, died at the scene.
The 17-year-old male P-plate driver was airlifted to Westmead Hospital where he was treated for serious injuries.
A blood alcohol sample was taken from the teen at the hospital which returned an alleged reading 0.090.
Officers from the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit have conducted extensive inquiries into the incident.
Just before 12.30pm, April 23, 2015, the teenager was arrested at Rylestone Police Station where he was issued a court attendance notice for the following offences:
- Dangerous driving occasioning death (drive under influence);
- Dangerous driving occasioning death (drive manner dangerous);
- Negligent driving occasioning death; and
- Mid-range drink-driving.
His licence was also suspended.
The Kandos male will appear at Mudgee Local Court on Monday June 15, 2015.
