Magistrate Fiona Toose accepted a submission from the woman's solicitor (Mr Hammond) that the woman's name should be suppressed.
Magistrate Toose issued an interim suppression order and said that both prosecution and the media would have the opportunity to argue a case for the lifting of the order when the matter is next heard at Lithgow Court on November 11.
