Following on from Zombie Special Effects Workshops held in September, the parade was a celebration of all things ghoulish.
Costumes for the event were provided by La Belle La Bete, with owner Mercury Salvatori sharing hosting duties for the evening with mayor Maree Statham.
The ‘zombies’ also posed in the rooms of Eskbank House, giving guests a unique photo opportunity.
The night was a great success and a testament to the hard work by both the models and the organisers.
The photography exhibition closes on November 2, so be sure to head on down to Eskbank House for a unique insight into the day-to-day life of the modern zombie.
Plenty more is planned for Halloween 14, and the place to get all the information is the Lithgow Mercury’s Halloween wrap around feature.
You can find the feature in Thursday’s edition of the Lithgow Mercury.
Many local business houses both in the CBD and the Valley Plaza are getting into the Halloween mood with appropriate ‘decoration’ and promotions and all that remains for another huge community event is the cooperation of the weather person on Friday night.
