It has not been a memorable year for the Wolves who have struggled with injuries and unavailability of players and they will be taking on a desperate Bathurst Panthers side who are battling to get into fifth spot.
They will again be without a number of key players that were injured last week.
They are currently two behind reigning premiers Orange CYMS with the Panthers side in scintillating form after scoring a massive 60-16 win over Blayney.
The Wolves are not worried about Panthers' 11 try romp and will be keen to make it as hard as possible for the Bathurst side's play-off aspirations.
The showed some good form against top 3 side Orange Hawks last week and showed that when they put it together they can be a very dangerous side. Early in the match, the Wolves actually led 22-6 before going down.
There will be plenty of interest in the lower grades with all three teams – first division, under 18s and Oz League – all well entrenched in the top five placings on the ladder.
Wolves are in fourth position – two ahead of Oberon and six behind the Panthers.
They have been struggling with injuries and losing players to premier league, but are confident that if they can field near their best side will give the Panthers a real shake.
They have several 'hardened veterans' who are working well with the likes of young Ben Glasson, Brad Pender and Hayden Cornwell and the like.
In the Under 18 match, the young Wolves are still smarting over their loss to competition leaders Orange Hawks last week and should be too good for fourth placed Panthers if they play to their best.
They have an exciting young side and fans should get to the showground early to see the 'future' of the Wolves go around.
Headed by young stars Darcy Allan, Nathan Redding, Matt Swift and Wayde Egan, the Under 18 Wolves boast a strong side all across their park.
The girls Oz League side are coming off a comprehensive win and will be keen to keep in going tomorrow.
The girls have registered some excellent wins during the win and will be a real threat once the semi finals come around.
Games start at 10am at the Lithgow Showground.
