Walsh has been one of the most consistent and talented cricketers for a number of years and this year's figures were again exceptional.
He averaged 7.79 with his bowling and 32.4 for his batting.
Walsh was awarded the Val and Jack Offner trophy with the talented cricketer saying: "It is an honour to take out the Offner trophy.
"Val and Jack were legends in our sport and to head the talent that the first grade offers is exciting.
"I would like to thank my teammates who are a part of this trophy."
On hand to present the trophies were the cricket executives' Danny Whitty and Brian Slaven.
The Wilf Bailey memorial Trophy for the Under 21 Colts District Player of the Year went to Ben Sheehan from the Valley first grade side.
The Chris Hutchinson Memorial trophy for Under 21 Colts went to: Batting (single performance): Ben Sheehan 99 and Nick Bender from the Lidsdale Club took out the best single bowling award with 5-20.
The Under 21 coaches award went to Lidsdale's Nathan Redding.
The prestigious Club Championship went to the Lidsdale Club.
Roxsanne Van Veen from the Lansdowne Club was presented with an award for her representative honours with the NSW Indigenous side that took out the National championship.
The Lansdowne Club scored a double taking out the first grade premiership and the Brian Sharp memorial 7-a-side knockout.
The best Rickard/Lemcke individual performances went to: Batting: Chris Hann (Portland) 138. Bowling: Jono Van Veen (Lansdowne) 9-26.
The grade awards were as follows:
FIRST GRADE:
Premiers: Lansdowne.
Minor premiers: Lidsdale.
Best batting: Valley's Dallas Tilley 65.4.
Bowling: La Salle Hornets' Tod Walsh 7.79.
SECOND GRADE:
Premiers: Portland No 2.
Minor premiers: Valley No 2.
Best batting: Portland's Sam Cameron 62.67.
THIRD GRADE:
Premiers: La Salle Hornets.
Minor premiers: Portland No 1.
Batting: Portland No 1's Chris Hann 91.5.
Bowling: Portland No 1's Jared Young 13.2.
