The Easter and Anzac weekend is a busy time for the Lithgow area, with visitors using the 4 day long weekend closely followed by the Anzac day long weekend to have a break in the area.
The Easter and Anzac weekend are the perfect opportunity for everyone to visit the Lithgow area's Lithgow City Council Mayor, Councillor Maree Statham said.
“This school holiday period is the perfect time to get a copy of the new Visitors Guide or download the Lithgow App and show your family and friends what our beautiful area has to offer.”
“The Lithgow Area really is the perfect location to take the children out for a bushwalk one day, then the next day maybe an opportunity to visit one of our many attractions in the area” said Mayor Statham.
The Lithgow Visitor Information Centre is open every day during the school holidays from 9am-5pm, call in and see the friendly staff they will be able to assist you in finding something to do with the your family and friends this school holidays.
Copies of the new Lithgow Visitors Guides are available from the Visitor Information Centre and a lot of businesses throughout the region. Or download the new Lithgow App “free” from the Google Play store or the Apple App store.
