Victoria's Racing Integrity Commissioner Sal Perna is expected to make a major announcement this morning in connection to race-fixing allegations.
The move comes after revelations in The Age and on the ABC's Four Corners program about corruption in racing, including race-fixing allegations involving top jockeys.
One of the jockeys under investigation is Danny Nikolic, who is also facing a police probe for allegedly fixing a race in Cranbourne last year.
Mr Perna is to make an announcement later this morning.
