Awards brought accolades to Lithgow

THERE were again accolades for the strength of business in Lithgow when LJ Hooker Real Estate recently announced its best performers at the annual awards night and masquerade ball held at Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

Lithgow’s principal Jamie Giokaris was presented the pinnacle award in the company achieving the number one ranking of 2011-12, winning the international award World Champion Salesperson for number of properties sold.

The LJ Hooker network of more than 700 offices now extends to New Zealand, India, Fiji, China and Indonesia.

The awards did not stop there for Jamie, who earlier in the night took out the National and NSW-ACT Awards for Top Salesperson (number of sales) and fifth place for the national and NSW-ACT awards for Top Salesperson (total value of commission sales).

He was also recognised as a Platinum Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Chapter and also a Silver Medallist based on total value of commission sales over the year.

The team at LJ Hooker Lithgow had a great night and were all excited to take out fourth place for Top Country Office (sales and property management) just behind the much larger centres of Tamworth, Port Macquarie and Batemans Bay.

Manager Kylie Walsh congratulated Jamie, Kirsty and their team on the awards.

“The Lithgow office has a high profile in the community based on exceptional customer service, market knowledge and a high degree of repeat business.

“Jamie is undoubtedly one of the network’s most highly awarded salespeople and a credit to his company and Lithgow.

“Our success is thanks to our dedicated and hard working team and a reflection of the loyalty of our clients and customers over the last 19 years,” Jamie said.
