Emergency services have retrieved what is beleived to be the body of a Lithgow man who disappeared at Lake Wallace in Wallerawang yesterday afternoon.
The missing man was
63-year-old Lithgow man Neville Piggott. Mr Piggott
disappeared beneath the lake's waters after wading in to retrieve a ball.
The body was pulled from the lake at 2.15pm in the area that he was last seen struggling in the lake after an extensive emergency services search.
Mr Piggott disappeared on Thursday afternoon after he and his wife had been enjoying a typical family outing at the lake, playing with his dogs and letting them take a mid-afternoon swim.
