Completely guttered on the inside.
EMERGENCY services were called to a block of new duplexs early this morning after one of the units caught alight.
Cause for the blaze has not been determined as yet but appears to have gutted the entire dwelling inside.
Neighbours were woken from the blaze and safely evacuated from the scene.
It appears the the dwelling was vacant at the time and noone was injured during the balze.
Police and fire brigade crews remain at the scene and special canines and forensic crews have been deployed to the area.
