Ball set to break

The annual meeting of the Lithgow Snooker Association was held at the Lithgow Workmens Club with Diane Stait re-elected as president and Tony Medina as vice president.

Maurie Smith will have the duel roles of secretary-treasurer while Wayne Lewis is games recorder and Kim Farnsworth publicity officer.

Games will commence next Tuesday (February 16) at 7 pm.

If you are keen to join the competition it is not too late and all new players will be welcome.

Games for the first round played at Lithgow Workmens Club will be Helmets up against Tall Timbers and Red Sox playing Jiggers.

At Club Lithgow, Miscues will play Outlaws and With Pockets will have the bye.

The Snooker Association welcomes all the new faces on the committee and also those who will compete in the 2010 competition.
