IT’S back into full swing with Lithgow City Council holding its second meeting for the year on Monday night. Among the items on the agenda are two notices of motion from Cr Martin Ticehurst while councillors will be revisiting the plans for the redevelopment of the old Portland Cement Works site, now owned by Boral. A number of amendments have been proposed to that which was originally proposed. As usual members of the public are invited and the public forum will be held at 7pm prior to councillors considering the agenda.
